Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My ex wife is seeking a modification of support in family court and seeking to change my payment method to Child support collection agency(I have paid in full on time for 15 yrs by monthly check). We agreed to several increases for her over the the last two which took effect noct 2008 and oct 2009. Can she win a modification even though we agreed to the incease she just received?

Yes. A custodial parent may petition and receive an order from the Court for support payments to be made through SCU for any (or no) reason.
