Hello, My wife and I have been separated for almost a year and a half. This was due to her mental illness and infidelity. We are not legally separated, but we would like to get a quick divorce. We have two children and they both live with me. We are still friends and just want a quick and easy divorce. If we need to divide property or anything we would do that by our selves. Is there such a cheap (Free) easy way.

Normally I charge a flat fee for an uncontested divorce. However, your zip code indicates that you live in Rochester. Therefore, I would contact either your local bar association or the bar association in Buffalo and request a matrimonial lawyer that would charge a flat fee for an uncontested divorce.
