if my wife and i are seperated and she has a child by another man on my medical insurance am i responsible

Your question isn't clear - but if you're legally separated, no.
If you have a legal separation then no you are not responsible. If you are not legally separated then you might not only be liable for medical expenses but you could under certain circumstances be legally responsible for child support in all respects. You should sit down with an attorney to determine your rights and liabilities.

It's not your child? Then you need to prove that fact if she comes after you for child support. But there is a much bigger problem. You need a divorce. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
