my wife told me to leave the house
i will try to brief as possible my wife told me to leave my house i pay the rent and all expenses she pays nothing my two sons are 20 and 16 she never worked a day and has on intentions of doing so i went to my parents house for two months i am still paying the rent and expenses she has no reason for her actions WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES i do not want to pay the rent unless she contributes like GET A JOB this is as brief as i can make it there are many other factors involved in my favor i have never mistreated her in any way we have been married 22 years PLEASE RESPOND THANK YOU [email protected] ERIK

You need to provide more complete information for a reliable assessment of your case. But the information you provided suggests that she could make a strong argument for maintenance, in addition to the child support she will certainly be entitled to if the children stay with her.
