Legal Question in Family Law in New York

my wife of almost 25 years abandoned my son,our son, andf i, crashed our van signed him over to mne and now says she will not pay support or for the divorce, she abandoned us, she had everythomg but is now living with a 25 y/o female coworjker,,,can i legaaly sue for desertion/abandonment. support and alienation of affection..plus i was accused of rape, is there something I can do to stop these lies and get support for my son and go for desertion, neglect of spousal duties and alienation of affection br />
