i have not seen my wife for 7 yrs, don't know where she is at and I want a divorce & can't afford one. I want re-marry what should i do

Unfortunately, the procedure in such a case is very expensive. However, if you can prove that you are a "poor person" (i.e. you are collecting public assistance), you may qualify for a waiver of all court fees and publishing costs. This can save you about $2500, but you'll still have to pay legal fees to your attorney. Shop around for the best price.
