Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I will be divorcing my wife after 14 years of marriage. We have 2 children together and she has a daughter from a previous relationship. We have a house together. Is it possible t legally give up my ownership of the house in exchange for not paying alimony and child support?

You can work out any deal you want regarding the house and alimony. However you cannot get out of child support. This is required by law and cannot be waived by either party. Feel free to call me to discuss other options.
