Will i loose my child

My daughters father wants custody of our daughter. I have a substance abuse history. He does too. I relapsed and my urine may come out positive. Also I was stopped by the police driving another persons car. He had drugs and parriphelnalia in his car we got charged controlled subtance 716 22103 of the penal law.

will the judge let him take her

I don't know if the judge would award custody to him either since it appears he has already demonstrated his substance abuse history, and the judge may feel that he is a danger to both the child and himself.
