Woman disappeared with my daughter

I had a child in NY with a woman who assaulted me... I did not file charges but I removed myself from her and did not contact her for appx 3 months. During that time, the woman moved and left no contact information...it's even possible that she has moved to her home country of Jamaica. I was compliant and current with paying court ordered child support for about 6 months. Can I get information on her whereabouts from the child support department? I eventually want full custody of my child, but for now, how can I go about getting even visitation?
