I Have been with this women 11 yrs.
She is terminal with cancer
on her bucket list she asked that i marry her
Medicaide has been cover the bills, but how could i protect myself from being stauck with them latter
Would a prenup help in this matter?

The prenup would help determine who was responsible for what debts during the marriage. That does not mean that the creditors wouldn't come after you to pay the bills though.
