Legal Question in Family Law in New York

As a very worried parent I submit this question. My son resides with his bio mother and he is being abused. I am going for custody of him but the law guardian already stated to me that he will never take my son away from the mother! My son has suffered sexual abuse, neglect and physical, mental and emotional abuse since he was very little. Do I have any right to request that they change the law guardian he has had? I need to get custody of him before something bad happens!!!!!

First, get an attorney to advise you on this matter. Regardless, inform the judge of this person's bias. Indeed, he has no business being a law guardian with such a severe bias against fathers.
