me and my x wife
was got marrie for 2 weeks later she move out and she naver got my last name as if it never hapen her it is now 16 years later

What is your question? She and you are still married, unless she divorced you without your knowledge.

As long as you took out a marriage license, you are still married in the eyes of the law. In order for either of you to remarry you need to get divorced. Please be aware that if you skip the divorce and marry anyway, you could be prosecuted for bigamy.
