New York City .Married 3 yrs. Condo in husbands name only. Worth $300,000. Husband wants divorce. Wife kept her maiden name.Wife pays half the upkeep for the Condo including Mortgage.. Is wife entitled to any compensation or must she vacate with nothing ? Thank you
