Legal Question in Medical Leave in New York

iam egyptian but i live in ny i was married and i have son now he is 8 years old and he born here so he has the Amirican citizen i was in egypt with my son and after while me and his dad we got the divorse and he keep my son there and he put him in the air port list so he cant go out from egypt i try with him 2 get my son , i want my son here in the USA not in Egypt cause i live here in the state , i just want 2 know the legal action in this situation , thank you
