Legal Question in Medical Leave in New York
I was put out of work by my physician on 10/23/09 because of my blood pressure due to my pregnancy. I had my baby on 11/20/09...when did the 12 weeks of FMLA start?

The clock would begin to run on the day you begin your FMLA as granted by your employer.
