Legal Question in Medical Leave in New York
Will
I am going through separation from my husband and want to change my will. Which form should I use. None of the forms that I have seen online apply to this situation. Can I use the form for divorced people?

You should consult your attorney about your will.
If you are not represented, you need to get representation to make sure that if something happens between now and the divorce, your will is appropriately rafted to do what you want it to do.
The reason is that if you own real estate or financial accounts, your will may not apply to the same legal interest after the divorce as before it.
