abandoned boat claim
a friend wants to give me a boat on his property but does not have the papers. how do I make an abandoned boat claim and take ownership?

you should first trace the last owner based upon any registration numbers and then send a mailing to the last owner. If you cannot find the last owner there are other ways call me at 516 466 LAWS
