Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

i need to answer a summons for charges filed against me.When filling out the denial of charges do i deny each one individually or all as a whole

You should not answer the Complaint without the assistance of a lawyer. Doing so is no less dangerous than pulling your own tooth rather than going to the dentist.
