Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

appeal a civil service exam disqualification i was turned down for the sanitation job because the xray showed a grade 1 spondylolisthesis,, i fell no pain and when they took the xray the last time(about 1 1/2 years ago they said i was ok.

It is possible to appeal such decisions, but remember ghat you're not entitled to the position... However a denial on physical basis such as this is tricky on their part and there may be multiple grounds to get such a denial overturned.
