Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
I have an auto loan in my name for a car for my ex girlfriend. She is a co-signer, she is making the payments and the car is titled in her name. I want to get out of the loan. I know she would have to refinance the loan in just her name. I have ask and got no responds. Is there any legal option I have to get her to, or be able to get the car. Or just anything I can do.

If she is making the payments, I think there is little that you can do. Of course, you may ask the loan company to release you from your obligations. That may be possible if there is little money left on the loan.
