Automobile Disclaimer of Liability

Is it possible (ie do you have forms) to have my daughter's friends (they are all of majority age) sign some sort of disclaimer that they won't sue us personally (after auto insurance) in the event of a auto accident while driving in my daughter's car?

Yes. It is called a general release and you can find one on the net, probably right on this website.

Signing a waiver after an accident is more reliable than before an accident.
