basic legal waiver?
we are running a Motorcycle ride to collect money for a sick child. What form do I need to have everybody sign before the ride to cover us or anyone associated with the ride?

A general release of liability: however, under the Gerneral Obligations Law, amusement parks may not limit their liability for negligent operation of rides. You should be careful that your insurance will provide adequate coverage for this type situation in the event someone gets hurt. Discuss it with your broker.
