Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
We booked a trip with Big Blue Travel. The return flight was changed. Big Blue Travel was notified via emaisl as per Continental Airlines policies. Big Blue Travel did not contact us and we were left stranded to book our own flight home from San Francisco. Now they do not want to reimgurse us for the flight. What is our leagal right?
