Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
i bought a car from a guy who said he was selling it for his uncle, he told me all i need was a $300 fix, but aside from that the car would run no problem. i go to drive the car home the engine blows half way. i signed a lease and also a little paper that said purchase as is. is there anything from a legal stand point that can help me?
