changing lawyers

If im not happy with my lawyer and wanna change due to non communication will that delay my case?

It need not. Ultimately it depends upon how quickly your new lawyer can get up to speed.

Maybe. But you need to feel like your lawyer believes in your case and communicates w/ you. Something to think about.
