Can i be accused of harrassment if i keep contacting a seller that owes me an item or refund? I purchased an item on ebay in 9/08 and have not received it. The seller stated if i keep calling or emailing i can be charged with harrassment. Is this correct?

You should hire a collections attorney or a collections agency. There is an art to harrassment.
