Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
claims relatives of terror attack victims
One of my clients lost his married daughter and two grandchildren in the terrorist car-bomb attack at the Hilton-Taba hotel in Egypt in last Sukot.
His san in-law sue the Hilton company in the name of the heirs.
The client and his remaining daughter (who is an American citizen) suffered a psychological shock and damages need treatments and medication, probably until the rest of their lives.
Can my client or his American daughter file a sue in NY ?
Do they have a case for psychological damages (or others) ?
If so, can you recommend a good lawyer in this field ?
