Company rep threatens me over the phone

After several problems with a company, I called them and the sales rep ended up threating me over the phone. Is there anything I can do about this guy?

If it was a threat of bodily harm, make a police report so there is a record. Other than that, write a letter of complaint to the pres/CEO of that company.

If you are asking if you can sue, the answer is no.
