Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

contract signed under duress

I purchased a house, the people i purchased it from had me sign a piece of paper stating they could come back in the spring to remove plants and shrubs from the property. They made me sign this 10 minutes before we were to close and stated they would not close without it. It was never discussed untill that time.

FYI they would have had to close "without it" as apparently it was not included in the contract.
