Are pictures taken with a digital camera admissible in a court of law.

The admissibility of digital photos in court would be subject to the the same foundation requirements as ordinary photographs to be admissible. Provided you can lay the proper foundation, the digital pictures should be admissible in court. That being said, the digital pictures may be subject to more scrutiny/attack because they are relatively easy to "edit" or manipulate.
