Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Digital Video Evidence in Court

Hello there.

1)I really need to know if I can bring a digital video evidence in NY State for a trial to court.

2)Can I use a digital camera display to show such video? ( Date/Time stamp, everything presents on original memory card which was used to capture the video and that will be showing the video via camera device)

3) and if such device and video is not allowed as a proof, then at least will it be allowed to be played on digital device if I bring an original video tape ( film video tape), but still play the video in court on a digital camera device via copy of video on memory card?

I really would appreciate an accurate answer!

Thank you!
