Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
discovery demands
I am a plaintiff pro se, and I'm responding to defendant's D&I demands. defendant writes that I am to rpoduce any and all documents that I intend to use at trial. Do I have to give him documents he already has, such as prior decisions in this matter, or just new items I intend to introduce at trial?

Generally I give all documents. This includes documents already in defendant's possession.
