Ex's potential suit
In the midst of a very difficult child custody/divorce case, a my child was injured in an accident. Can I, as the exwife, sue my ex husband's fiancee for the injuries my child incurred, along w/ mental/emotional stress? What are my rights and what proof do I need to pursue it?

One should have nothing to do with the other. If you child was injured, a suit might be in order. Of course, this all depends upon the type of injuries, their nature and effect and the cause of them.
