Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

How do I file a restraining order in N.Y. because I have someone at work who keeps distracting me from doing my job. Basically she keeps asking me to be in a relationship with her and no matter how many times I say no she keeps distracting me from my job until she gets a yes. If I cant get a restraining order then what should I do to prevent her from hindering my job any further?

Approach HR and speak to a person in confidence. If you do not trust them, tell the woman you will have to report her since you are in a serious relationship and do not want to jeopardize it. If the foregoing does not work, file a formal complaint with HR.
