Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
I filed an appeal at the second circuit court of appeals and it was dismissed. Could you tell me if the second circuit court of appeals should provide my appeal rights to the supreme court? If not can I appeal this dismissal to the Supreme Court and how long do I have to file that appeal? Also can I request all the Judges at the Second Circuit to review this dismissal first?

You need a lot of advice and when you talk SOL, you make attorneys nervous. The fed courts have people to help pro se litigants-ask.
