Gay man falsely accused of sexual abuse

Hello, this is a pretty shocking situation and I am quite disgusted to say the least. I have the means to sue, so that is no concern. I need help finding a lawyer and need to know if I'll have a problem proving my defamation/slander case.

It is hard to explain everything because of the limits on LawGuru.

Basically an incident strictly between two children occurred in a bathtub. Both kids received counseling. The dysfunctional mother happened to know that I am a gay male and immediately accused me of ''teaching them'' whatever it is that they did that day. The kid (with the dysfunctional mother) never mentioned my name until FOUR years later - clearly after he was coached/alienated. Now he has this disgusting story of abuse to tell! His mother is the sexual abuser here, for putting this FILTH in his head.

Why would she do such a thing? Because she's trying to hurt my sister (whom is now married to her ex-husband) by hurting me.

There's so many more details. Its hard to explain it all with the site limits. I am ready to sue and defend myself so I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

I have handled defamation cases before. In fact, I am currently handling a case, which in some ways is similar to yours. You may have a case however, I need to know whether the statements were made in public. Damages are presumed for something like this.
