a gift
my ex-girfriend wants to sue me for the stuff she gave me after we broke up,(eg:clothes, books, printer, bluetooth headset, other nickle and dime items).can she do that?

Yes, she can sue you. However, she should not win. A gift is, by its legal definition, an unconditional conveyance. Thus, if you can establish it was a gift her suit should not succeed.
