Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

A girl was saying degrading things about me on the internet, so I wrote rebuttles, now I am being charged with harassment in the second degree. What is going to happen and how am I the only one in trouble when this was a mutual argument.

If you have been charged with an offense you need to retain a criminal attorney immediately. If you can not afford one, the court will appoint one for you.
