Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
If we take a group of children on a trip and request that they give us their cell phones to put in a box on the bus during the trip so we are sure they are not using them except during specific times. what liability would we have if something happened to one of the phones while we are holding it?

The liability would solely be the cost for the mobile phone.
