Harrassment by neighbor Falsly accused of criminal mischief

I have crazy neighbor at my summer home who called the sheriff and accused me of knocking down her gate with a cinder block and claims she saw me do it. I am 78 years of

age and couldn't lift a cinder block above my waist. She has been harrassing myself and other neighbors. I wish to file an harrassment suit against her using this latest incident of her falsly lying and filing a claim against me.

The sheriff naturally believed my story as she has had a record of calling them often. Meanwhile she is using the sheriffs office to harrass me. How do I file this suit?

You should talk to a lawyer in your area. You can start a proceeding and try to have her stopped.
