Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
judgement
I have a judgement against me from state court in a state of New York from 1996. I think it is valid for 10 years and it can be extended. But how can I know whether it was extended and when this rigt to extend expires? I found record of the judgement no record of extension aplication or such.
