jury selection
I need to select my first jury. Any tips are appreciated. Thank you kindly.

Be relaxed. Have fun.
Never force a juror to serve if he or she does not want to.
Rules concerning a first time social situation applies. Therefore, never ask age, politics or personal questions unless you feel comfortable with the potential juror - and even then I still may not ask the question.
Obviously you want to pick a juror that will be in favor of your issue. However, try to pick a juror that will be fair.
