Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

i live in ny my wife lives nc somewhere see wont tell me where she left me for another man 7 years ago ive been tryin to have some kind of contact with my two children ever scince with no luck she wont let me talk to them and wont let me put them on my healh ins do i have any rights and what are they what should i do all i want is contact not custody please help
