Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I have lost all identification during super storm sandy. I have my birth certificate, the second half of my social security card. I also have a drivers license that has expired. That is my only current photo ID. How do I go about restoring my identification ? Thank you

Go to Social Security office to obtain a replacement card near your neighborhood. Go to MV Dept. to obtain replacement drivers license. You can obtain a birth certificate from the County Office (Town Hall) in the City you were born.
