monatary owed to me
our dog got the neighbors dog pregant. they are both pure bred labs. can we push the issue of getting part of money if they sell the puppies. our dog is the male.

More information is needed. In particular, was there an agreement between the neighbors for your dog to get the neighbor's dog pregnant? Did you have to show papers to the neighbor concerning your dog's pedigree? What were the terms of the agreement? Did you have to share the vet bill for the puppies?
Answers to these questions will determine if you and your neighbor entered into a partnership toward the creation and sale of the puppies. As a partnership, you are presumed to be equally responsible for debt as well as profit.
