Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

My mother passed on roughly a month ago. My sister and the funeral home changed my contract the day after the contract was finalized. The contract was changed without my consent. My siter now wants the money she put up without my consent to the funeral home. Is she entitled to this from the insurance policy that is in my name?

It appears that your sister entered into a contract with the funeral home. Proceeds from an insurance policy solely belongs to the named beneficiary.
