Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

my neighbors disrespectful & destructive children

My neighbor has 3 children under the age of 12. They are continue to come onto my property and destroy shrubs trees etc. When I tell them to leave they swear at me and make rude hand gestures. They have thrown rocks at others residents as well as my own. The parents don't seem to care and at times encourage this behavior. The police have been called several times and there is no lasting results. What can I do legally about this? I thank you for any replies.
