Oral Deposition vs. Interrogatories

Need four reasons for taking a person's oral deposition that cannot be accomplished by using interrogatories?

1. Can't judge their "body language"/credibility.

2. Answers are spontaneous without lots of time to think about/discuss.

3. Can't pose a follow up question when you receive an unanticipated admission or uncover new info.

4. Interrogatories are often completed by the attorney even though signed by party.

Really depends on subject matter and who you are deposing. Sometimes both discovery tools are used.
