Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
I have sent my passport to Canadian Consulate of New York for visa. It has been more than a month. I want my passport back. I don't want visa. The consulate does not respond to my emailed requests. They said that they will send the passport within two days but it seem they didn't. I lost my flight reservation back home. I would like compensation for lost holiday and flight from the consulate.
