personal legal action

I sign my name to a vehicle for my ex-boyfriend and also loan him money. the vehicle was taken by the bank for four months of non payment and he has not pay me. He has also disappear. what legal action can be taken of how do I file a legal complaint against him and to obtain a repayment from him.

You can start a lawsuit against him, depending on the amount at stake, you may be able to do this at small claims court.
